Refund Policy

Fill the Gap ZA

At Fill the Gap ZA, we strive to provide high-quality digital training programs. As our products are digital and accessible immediately upon purchase, we have a strict no-refund policy in place. Please review our refund guidelines below.


1. No Refunds on Digital Products

  • All sales of digital training programs are final and non-refundable.
  • Once a product has been accessed or downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Exceptions & Special Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge upon verification.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience an issue preventing access to your purchased product, we will work to resolve it. If the issue remains unresolved, we may consider a refund at our discretion.
  • Incorrect Product Delivery: If you receive the wrong digital product, we will correct the mistake by providing the correct product. If we are unable to do so, a refund may be issued.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase by emailing fillthegapza@outlook.com with the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • The reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant screenshots or proof of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.


4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing an unwarranted chargeback with your payment provider may result in account suspension. If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us first so we can assist you.
